Grades, stock and documentation

Three things decide whether a plate order works: the grade meets the specification, the material exists, and the paperwork satisfies customs and the surveyor.

01

Grades to IACS UR W11

Normal strength A, B, D and E at 235 MPa minimum yield. Higher-strength AH32, DH32, EH32 at 315 MPa and AH36, DH36, EH36 at 355 MPa. Minimum yield, tensile range, elongation and impact test temperature are published for every grade.

02

Over 30,000 tonnes in stock

CCS-B and CCS-AH36 plate from 3 to 22 mm held across our warehouses in Wuhan, in 1500, 1800 and 2000 mm widths. Stock releases in 3 to 7 days; sizes not held are rolled to order in 30 to 45 days.

03

Mill test certificate with every heat

Material ships with the mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, the classification society certificate copy, a packing list carrying heat numbers, and the certificate of origin your customs authority requires.
